LINCOLN WOODS — Rhode Island State Police made four arrests Tuesday, with three suspects surrendering themselves at the Lincoln Woods Barracks and one arrested during a traffic investigation.
Troopers arrested Srood Barwary, 34, of Hope, at 7:30 a.m. for second degree sexual assault.
The arrest resulted from a barracks investigation and Barwary surrendering himself to the Lincoln Woods Barracks.
Barwary was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks and later arraigned at the Sixth Division District Court.
At 3:45 p.m., troopers arrested Brian Mcenany, 52, of Providence for throwing articles at moving vehicles, disorderly conduct – fighting/tumultuous behavior and vandalism.
The arrest resulted from a barracks investigation and Mcenany surrendering himself to the Lincoln Woods Barracks.
Mcenany was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks, arraigned and released pending a future court date.
Troopers arrested Jacob Grear, 39, of Johnston,at 5:00 p.m. for throwing articles at moving vehicles, disorderly conduct and injuring or tampering with vehicles.
The arrest resulted from a barracks investigation and Grear surrendering himself to the Lincoln Woods Barracks.
Grear was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks, arraigned and released pending a future court date.
At 6:17 p.m., troopers arrested Lizmery Rodriguez, 19, of Providence, on a Providence Superior Court bench warrant for failure to appear for arraignment on the charge of fraudulent access to computer originating from the Johnston Police Department.
The arrest resulted from a motor vehicle accident investigation on Route 95 North in Providence.
Rodriguez was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks and later transported to the Adult Correctional Institution Women’s Intake Center.
