CATO — The Cayuga County Sheriff’s Office arrested a 35-year-old Oswego woman on multiple charges following a traffic stop last week.
Sheriff Brian Schenck said Alison L. Davis was arrested June 26 at about 8:34 p.m. after deputies stopped her vehicle on State Route 34 near Hunter Road.
Davis was charged with driving while intoxicated, aggravated DWI, aggravated unlicensed operation, consumption of alcohol in a motor vehicle, operating an unregistered vehicle and speeding.
Deputies determined Davis was intoxicated during the stop, which occurred at about 8:13 p.m.
She was taken to the Public Safety Building, where a breath test showed her blood alcohol content was 0.18%, more than twice the legal limit.
Davis was held for arraignment in CAP court June 27 at 7 a.m.
