EAST HAVEN — Vermont State Police arrested a 44-year-old St. Johnsbury man on a second DUI charge following a single-vehicle crash Tuesday evening.
Daniel Hayden was taken into custody after troopers responded to a possible crash on Vermont Route 114 in East Haven at approximately 7:45 p.m.
Upon arrival, troopers observed a vehicle off the side of the roadway.
Investigation revealed that Hayden had operated under the influence.
Hayden was released on a citation to appear in court.
