NEW HARTFORD — The New Hartford Police Department responded to a motor vehicle collision on Chapman Road on Monday morning at approximately 11:20 a.m.
Police closed a portion of the roadway while investigating the crash.
Police determined that a Hyundai SUV operated by Bianca Coe, 35, of Deansboro collided with a vehicle that was parked unoccupied along the road.
The collision resulted in Coe as well as two passengers being transported by ambulance to Wynn Hospital for treatment of non-life threatening injuries.
Coe was issued a traffic ticket for NYS VTL 1128(c) – failing to use a designated lane.
The ticket will be answered in The Town of New Hartford Court at a later date.
