MARATHON — New York State Police at Homer arrested Colton Lee, 34, of Marathon, on June 27 for the class E felony of criminal contempt in the first degree.
Troopers were dispatched by the Cortland County 911 Center on June 26 for a report of a domestic dispute on Landers Corners Road in the town of Marathon.
Lee was no longer present when troopers arrived.
An investigation determined that Lee violated an order of protection.
Lee was arrested at approximately 7:36 p.m. and transported to the Cortland County Jail for centralized arraignment.
