CORTLAND — Police made 13 arrests between June 22 and June 28, according to the Cortland Police Department’s weekly arrest summary.
Tonya Jean Lang, 48, of Bridgeport was arrested at 2:48 a.m. June 22 on Floral Avenue on charges of second-degree criminal trespass, criminal mischief with intent to damage property, third-degree criminal tampering and second-degree obstructing governmental administration.
Daniel R. Smith, 46, of Tompkins Street was arrested at 5:24 p.m. June 22 on Tompkins Street on a charge of second-degree criminal contempt for disobeying a court order.
Kaitlin Renee Duff, 24, of Cortland was arrested at 9:21 a.m. June 23 on Tompkins Street on charges of assault with intent to cause physical injury with a weapon, acting in a manner injurious to a child under 17 and third-degree criminal possession of a weapon with a previous conviction.
Carlos H. Planas, 40, of Owego Street was arrested at 9:28 a.m. June 23 on Owego Street on charges of assault with intent to cause physical injury with a weapon, assault with intent to cause serious injury with a weapon, attempted murder, third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell, acting in a manner injurious to a child under 17 and third-degree criminal possession of a weapon with a previous conviction.
Hilary G. Lyda, 50, of Van Mara Drive in North Syracuse was arrested at 11:27 a.m. June 23 on Court Street on a bench warrant.
Scott Arthur Sherman, 51, of Cortland was arrested at 10:26 p.m. June 24 on Court Street on charges of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and second-degree harassment involving physical contact.
Chad Jason Davenport, 50, of East Lake Road in Summerhill was arrested at 9:57 a.m. June 25 on Kent Road on charges of criminal obstruction of breathing by applying pressure to the airway and second-degree harassment involving physical contact.
Felipe I. Mercedes, 27, of George Street in Binghamton was arrested at 10:32 a.m. June 25 on River Street on charges of third-degree assault with intent to cause physical injury, second-degree harassment involving physical contact, second-degree aggravated harassment and aggravated family offense.
Ethan A. Monroe, 33, of Cortland was arrested at 10:12 p.m. June 25 on Church Street on a charge of trespassing in city parks under local ordinance.
Patrick Joseph Ellis, 34, of VanPaten Street in Auburn was arrested at 8:46 p.m. June 26 in Cayuga County on a bench warrant.
Lisa Marie Walker, 31, of Cortland was arrested at 10:12 a.m. June 28 on Central Avenue on a bench warrant.
Melissa C. Williams, 48, of Central Avenue was arrested at 8:25 p.m. June 28 on Central Avenue on a charge of permitting excessive barking under local ordinance.
