ATHENS — Vermont State Police arrested a 19-year-old Athens man on multiple charges following a disturbance Monday night.
Aiden Euber was charged with aggravated domestic assault, disorderly conduct, reckless endangerment and criminal threatening after police responded to a report of a disturbance at 10:28 p.m.
Police said their investigation revealed Euber had committed the listed offenses.
Euber was arrested and transported to the Westminster Barracks.
He was lodged at Southern State Correctional Facility with bail set at $5,000.
Euber is scheduled to appear in Vermont Superior Court, Windham Criminal Division on July 1 at 12:30 p.m.
The victim’s name was not released.
