MILFORD — A 26-year-old man was arrested Friday night after allegedly stabbing another man in the head with a fork on Main Street.
The Milford Public Safety Communications Center received a call at approximately 10:17 p.m. June 27 from a Spanish-speaking male reporting he had been stabbed in the head.
Officers arriving at the Main Street residence found the 26-year-old victim bleeding from the head.
The victim told police he was stabbed in the head with what he believed was a fork.
The suspect, identified as Wilson Jhavier Guasco Morocho, fled the scene on foot before officers arrived.
While responding officers tended to the victim, additional patrol units located a male matching the suspect’s description on Congress Street near the Milford Town Park.
Following an on-scene investigation, Guasco Morocho was arrested and charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon.
