UNADILLA — A 33-year-old Unadilla man was arrested Monday on charges including criminal contempt and harassment following a trespass investigation.
Tyler J. Clark was charged with criminal contempt in the first degree, harassment in the first degree, criminal mischief in the fourth degree and trespass, according to the Otsego County Sheriff’s Office.
Deputies said Clark entered a victim’s property in violation of a valid order of protection on June 16.
Clark also intentionally damaged the victim’s vehicle, according to investigators.
Clark was arrested and held at the Otsego County Jail to await arraignment in Unadilla Town Court.
