WELLS RIVER — A 38-year-old woman was arrested Saturday morning after police responded to reports of screaming and swearing in the area.
Troopers assigned to the St. Johnsbury Barracks responded to the incident at approximately 9:05 a.m. on June 28.
After speaking with witnesses and conducting an investigation, police determined that Cassandra Carbee of Wells River had committed violation of court ordered conditions and disorderly conduct.
Investigation revealed Carbee also had an in-state warrant for her arrest for failure to appear.
Carbee was transported to the St. Johnsbury Barracks for processing.
She was then transported to the Northeast Correctional Complex for lack of $50 bail.
Carbee was issued a citation to appear in Orange County Superior Court Criminal Division on July 9 at 8:30 a.m.
