ELLICOTTVILLE — The Ellicottville Police Department arrested Andrew L. Button, 35, of Salamanca, on June 27 for criminal mischief in the third degree following an incident in the town.
Button was released with an appearance ticket directing him to appear in Ellicottville Town Court to answer to the charges.
