PLATTSBURGH — A 46-year-old woman was arrested June 25 on charges of petit larceny, criminal mischief and drug possession, according to the Clinton County Sheriff’s Office.
Margo L. Diaz of Plattsburgh was taken into custody at 9:04 p.m. after allegedly damaging and stealing merchandise from a business in the town of Plattsburgh.
Deputies said Diaz was found to be in possession of a controlled substance at the time of her arrest.
She was charged with petit larceny, fourth-degree criminal mischief and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, all Class A misdemeanors.
Diaz was processed at the Sheriff’s Office and issued appearance tickets to appear in Plattsburgh Town Court at a later date.
