PLATTSBURGH — Two people were injured in a two-vehicle collision at the intersection of Rand Hill Road and State Route 374 on June 24 at 6:46 a.m.
Jerry Hasbun, 39, of the Bronx, was traveling west on State Route 374 when Kelly Donah, 26, of Cadyville, allegedly entered the intersection while traveling north on Rand Hill Road, failing to yield the right of way, according to the Clinton County Sheriff’s Office.
Hasbun and a female passenger were evaluated at the scene and transported to UVM-CVPH for treatment.
Donah was evaluated by EMS at the scene and declined further treatment.
Donah was ticketed for failing to yield the right of way.
The Sheriff’s Office was assisted by Morrisonville Fire Department, Cadyville Fire Department, District 3 Fire Department, Morrisonville EMS, UVM CVPH EMS, Clinton County OES and New York State Police.
