SANFORD — Sanford Police officers, working with the Maine Drug Enforcement Agency, arrested Samantha A. Barnett on an active arrest warrant June 25.
The warrant charged Barnett, of Sanford, with unlawful possession of fentanyl powder, trafficking in prison contraband, and violating conditions of release.
The case will be handled by the York County District Attorney’s Office.
