SANFORD — Zaharias Iliadis, 46, of Sanford was arrested June 26 on an active arrest warrant, according to the Sanford Police Department.
The warrant charged Iliadis with harassment by telephone and stalking-serious inconvenience/emotional distress.
Iliadis was taken into custody and transported to the York County Jail.
Officers also issued Iliadis a criminal summons for refusing to submit to arrest or detention-refusing to stop based on his actions at the time of the arrest.
