VERNON — A Putney woman was arrested on DUI and drug possession charges following a traffic stop on Interstate 91 on June 26.
Billie Jo Wilder, 49, was stopped by a Vermont State Police trooper from the Westminster Barracks at approximately 5:42 p.m. after the trooper observed a motor vehicle violation.
Through investigation, police determined Wilder had committed DUI criminal refusal and possession of cocaine.
Wilder was arrested and transported to the Westminster Barracks for processing.
She was issued a criminal citation to appear before Windham County Superior Court on July 29 at 8:30 a.m.
