NORWICH — A 28-year-old Plymouth woman was arrested Saturday on charges of third-degree burglary and third-degree grand larceny after allegedly stealing a vehicle.
Kathleen J. Brown was taken into custody by the Chenango County Sheriff’s Office following a larceny complaint involving a vehicle.
Investigators allege Brown took the vehicle from a residence in Norwich without the owner’s permission.
Brown was located shortly after the complaint was filed by the Norwich Police Department, who found her with the vehicle.
She was released on an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in Norwich Town Court at a later date.
