ELLICOTTVILLE — The Ellicottville Police Department arrested Robert G. Morgan, 35, of Olean, New York, on an arrest warrant June 26.
Morgan was charged with criminal contempt in the second degree and aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle following an incident in the town of Ellicottville.
He was arraigned in Ellicottville Town Court and released on his own recognizance.
