AUBURN — Officers responding to a possible sex offense investigation at Oak Creek Townhomes early Thursday arrested a man on an outstanding drug warrant from Pennsylvania.

Police were dispatched to an apartment at the townhomes at approximately 3:28 a.m. June 26.

During the investigation, officers made contact with Jeffrey L. Raker.

A warrant check revealed Raker had an outstanding bench warrant from Pennsylvania for manufacturing and distribution of drugs.

The charge is a felony and Pennsylvania authorities indicated they would extradite Raker.

Raker was transported to the Cayuga County Jail where he is being held pending arraignment in Cayuga County Court as a fugitive from justice.
