ROCKINGHAM — A 20-year-old North Walpole, New Hampshire woman was charged with DUI and assault on law enforcement after her car was found off the road June 23.
Vermont State Police received a report at approximately 4:12 p.m. of a car off Rockingham Road.
A subsequent investigation revealed Olivia Schadick was operating a motor vehicle while impaired.
Schadick was transported to the Westminster Barracks and assaulted a trooper while being processed.
Schadick was cited and is scheduled to appear in Vermont Superior Court, Windham Criminal Division on July 8 at 8:30 a.m.
