RICHFORD — Vermont State Police arrested a 56-year-old Richford man on his fourth DUI charge following a traffic stop Tuesday night.
Charles Williams was pulled over at approximately 9:06 p.m. June 24 near Center Street and Thomas Street after police observed a motor vehicle violation.
Williams displayed indicators of impairment and was screened for DUI, according to police.
He was arrested and transported to the St. Albans State Police Barracks for processing.
Williams was later released with a citation to appear in Franklin County Superior Court.
