PROVIDENCE — Troopers arrested Albert Parenteau, age 51, of 460 Pine Street, Providence, Rhode Island, at 2 p.m. on active bench warrants during a motor vehicle stop on Route 95.
Parenteau was wanted on a Providence Superior Court bench warrant for failure to appear for arraignment on the original charge of possession of a firearm by certain persons prohibited originating out of the State Police Lincoln Woods Barracks.
He also was wanted on a Providence Superior Court bench warrant for failure to appear for arraignment on the original charge of unlawful breaking and entering originating out of the Cranston Police Department.
Parenteau was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks and turned over to Providence Superior Court for arraignment.
