PALMYRA — The Palmyra Police Department arrested a local man following a disturbance that occurred in the village on June 17.
According to police, Adrian Santana of Palmyra was involved in an incident at 608 East Main St. at approximately 4:52 p.m. on June 17.
Authorities allege Santana threatened to beat up another citizen and then refused to cooperate with law enforcement officers responding to the scene.
Santana was charged with disorderly conduct, obstructing governmental administration, and harassment in the second degree.
He was processed at the Palmyra Police Department and released on an appearance ticket.
Santana is scheduled to appear at Palmyra Village Court at a later date.
