LEE — Deputies from the Oneida County Sheriff’s Office arrested a Lee man after responding to a report of domestic incidents at a residence in the Town of Lee on June 24.
According to Sheriff Robert M. Maciol, the incidents occurred throughout the previous week and weekend.
Deputies conducted an investigation at the scene and determined that Damian Michael, 30, of Lee, had been involved in a physical altercation with his girlfriend.
Michael was taken into custody and transported to the Oneida County Kurt B. Wyman Law Enforcement Building, where he was booked and processed.
Michael faces one count of criminal contempt in the first degree, a Class E felony, and five misdemeanor charges: criminal obstruction of breathing or blood circulation, menacing in the second degree, assault in the third degree, unlawful imprisonment in the second degree, and criminal mischief in the fourth degree.
After processing, Michael was turned over to the Oneida County Correctional Facility to be held for centralized arraignment.
