Fulton County handles 442 incidents, 47 arrests from June 6-19

JOHNSTOWN — The Fulton County Sheriff’s Office reported 47 arrests and 442 incidents handled between June 6 and June 19.

During the two-week period, incidents included nine animal complaints, one assault, one criminal contempt case, one criminal mischief complaint, 11 disorderly conducts, 18 domestic violence complaints, two DWIs, three fraud investigations, seven larcenies, five menacing complaints, four mental health complaints, 36 motor vehicle accidents, 69 traffic stops, and 16 welfare checks.

Of the 47 arrests, multiple individuals were charged with operating a motor vehicle while registration was suspended, aggravated unlicensed operation, grand larceny, burglary, criminal contempt, and animal cruelty, among other offenses.

Galiyah K. Avershaw, 21, of Gloversville was charged in the Town of Johnstown with operating a motor vehicle while registration was suspended.

Brandon D. Woodcock, 24, of Perth was charged with criminal contempt in the first degree, an E felony, and two counts of criminal mischief in the fourth degree, an A misdemeanor, in the Town of Perth.

Brian P. Tretola, 58, of Johnstown was charged in the Town of Caroga with torturing or injuring an animal/failure to provide sustenance, an A misdemeanor.

Thomas E. Bradt, 64, of Gloversville, and Cameron L. Woodruff, 33, of Amsterdam were each charged in the Town of Johnstown with operating a motor vehicle while registration was suspended.

David N. Lenkewich, 44, of Amsterdam was charged in the City of Johnstown with operating a motor vehicle with .08% or more alcohol in blood – first offense, driving while intoxicated, and aggravated DWI: BAC .18% or more.

Danelle N. Tucker, 29, of Gloversville was charged in the Town of Broadalbin with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the first degree, an E felony.

Austin J. Edwards, 33, of Edinburg, and Joel T. Chenaille Jr., 34, of Broadalbin were arrested on warrants issued by Town of Perth Court.

Zachary S. Jones, 33, of Root was arrested on a warrant issued by Town of Bleecker and also charged in the City of Johnstown with promoting prison contraband in the first degree, a D felony, and criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree, an A misdemeanor.

Frank N. Garcia, 19, of Amsterdam was charged in the Town of Johnstown with criminal trespass in the third degree, a B misdemeanor, and grand larceny in the third degree, a D felony.

Adam S. Bleyl, 29, of Johnstown was arrested on a warrant issued by Town of Bleecker Court and charged in the Town of Bleecker with burglary in the second degree, a C felony, criminal mischief in the fourth degree, an A misdemeanor, and grand larceny in the fourth degree, an E felony.

Jamie L. Ormanian, 43, of Gloversville was arrested on a warrant issued by Town of Johnstown Court.

Laiken R. Herrlett, 31, of Amsterdam, Kellie A. Connelly, 61, of Altamont, Megan S. Minch, 42, of Richfield Springs, Christopher S. Williams, 45, of Gloversville, Daniel C. Lastro, 22, of Gloversville, and Ilene Hooks, 54, of Gloversville were each charged with operating a motor vehicle while registration was suspended in separate incidents.

Francesca S. Capodiferro, 21, of Broadalbin was charged in the Town of Ephratah with operating a motor vehicle with .08% or more alcohol in blood – first offense, driving while intoxicated – first offense, and aggravated DWI: BAC .18% or more.

Felicia A. Coffinger, 29, of Greenwich was arrested on a warrant issued by Town of Broadalbin Court.

Cameron N. Tarbox, 24, of St. Johnsville was charged in the Town of Ephratah with operating a motor vehicle while registration was suspended.

Jessica L. Taft, 27, of North Chatham was charged in the Town of Mayfield with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the third degree.

Joshua A. Kilmartin, 30, of Gloversville was charged in the Town of Mayfield with criminal contempt in the first degree, an E felony, and aggravated family offense, an E felony.

Aiden S. Mueller, 20, of Broadalbin was charged in the Town of Broadalbin with assault in the second degree, a D felony.

Geraldo J. Orengo, 48, of Johnstown was charged in the Town of Johnstown with grand larceny in the third degree, a D felony, criminal mischief in the second degree, a D felony, and criminal trespass in the third degree, a B misdemeanor.

Jose F. Sierra Jr., 41, of Amsterdam was charged in the Town of Perth with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle third degree.

Brandon T. Clear, 40, of Gloversville was charged in the Town of Johnstown with criminal contempt in the second degree, an A misdemeanor, and harassment in the second degree.

Andrew J. Peifer, 41, of Gloversville was charged in the Town of Mayfield with operating a motor vehicle while registration was suspended.

Jonathan M. Jennings, 45, of Gloversville was charged in the Town of Mayfield with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the second degree.

Zachary J. Acquilla, 38, of Broadalbin was arrested on a warrant issued by Town of Johnstown Court and charged in the Town of Johnstown with bail jumping in the second degree, an E felony.

Richard S. Ellis, 57, of Amsterdam was charged in the Town of Mayfield with operating a motor vehicle while registration was suspended.

Kyle A. Calabro, 34, of Voorheesville was charged in the Town of Johnstown with operating a motor vehicle while registration was suspended.

David H. Gibson, 36, of St. Johnsville was charged in the Town of Ephratah with two counts of endangering the welfare of a child in the second degree, two counts of criminal mischief in the fourth degree, and assault in the third degree, all class A misdemeanors.

Jacob R. VanNostrand, 54, of Mayfield was charged in the Town of Johnstown with petit larceny and aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the third degree, and arrested on a warrant issued by Town of Mayfield Court.

Jason W. Wagoner, 41, of Minden was arrested on a warrant issued by Fort Plain Police Department.

Tiffany A. Darby, 42, of Salisbury was arrested on a warrant issued by Town of Johnstown Court.

August E. White, 45, of Broadalbin was arrested on a warrant issued by Otsego County Sheriff’s Office.

Scott R. Stapf, 52, of Gloversville was charged in the Town of Mayfield with three counts of torturing or injuring animals/failure to provide sustenance, an A misdemeanor.

Colleen M. Dumblewski, 38, of Broadalbin was charged in the Town of Johnstown with burglary in the third degree, a D felony, and petit larceny, an A misdemeanor.

Richard P. Colson Jr., 39, of Gloversville was charged in the Town of Caroga with menacing in the second degree, an A misdemeanor.

All persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
