PUTNEY — A 61-year-old Claremont, New Hampshire man was arrested June 20 for violating his court-ordered conditions of release.
Roger Colby Sr. was taken into custody after deputies with the Windham County Sheriff’s Office conducted a traffic stop on Alice Holway Drive.
Deputies initiated the stop after observing several motor vehicle violations.
Investigation revealed Colby was the operator of the vehicle and was in violation of his court-ordered conditions of release.
Colby was arrested and transported to the Windham County Sheriff’s Office for processing.
He was released on a citation to appear before the Windham Superior Court, Criminal Division on Aug. 19.
