PUTNEY — Two people were arrested on warrants after failing to appear in court, according to the Windham County Sheriff’s Office.
Mystidawn O’Connor-Richards, 23, of Putney, and Robert Brown, 38, of Putney, were arrested at a residence on Shag Bark Hill on March 25 at approximately 10:30 p.m.
Deputies Thomas Raymond and Jacob Cohen conducted the arrests after warrants were issued for both individuals’ failure to appear in court.
Both O’Connor-Richards and Brown were transported to Southern State Correctional Facility.
O’Connor-Richards is being held on $1,000 bail.
Brown is being held on $50 bail.
