MANCHESTER — The New Hampshire State Police has activated the Missing Vulnerable Adult/Silver Alert System at the request of the Manchester Police Department to help locate Donald W. Lees Jr.
Lees was scheduled to receive care in the area of Stark Park in Manchester Tuesday morning but didn’t arrive for his appointment.
Lees has health conditions that require medication and pose a significant risk to his safety if left untreated.
He was last seen at 9:15 a.m. Tuesday on foot near Members First Credit Union at 7 Salmon Street in Manchester.
Lees was last known to be wearing an orange shirt, black shorts, sneakers, and carrying a silver cane.
