ROYALTON — The Niagara County Communications Center received a report of a possible house fire at 4671 Gasport Road on Tuesday at 4:23 p.m.
The caller reported visible flames on the exterior of the house.
Responding deputies arrived and confirmed an active fire in the front of the house as well as confirming there were no occupants in the house.
Responding fire companies quickly contained the fire to the area of origin and subsequently extinguished the fire.
No injuries were reported as a result of the fire.
The investigation into the cause of the fire is being handled by the Niagara County Fire Investigation Unit.
There is no estimate of damages at this time.
