CAVENDISH — A 44-year-old woman was arrested Tuesday evening after allegedly assaulting family members and damaging vehicles while intoxicated.
Jessica Buswell of Cavendish was charged with domestic assault, disorderly conduct and resisting arrest following the incident on June 10.
Troopers from the Westminster Barracks responded to a residence in Cavendish at approximately 7:50 p.m. for reports of an intoxicated woman involved in a physical altercation with family members.
Police said the woman was also damaging vehicles at the scene.
Troopers located Buswell walking in the roadway near the residence.
Police said she was heavily intoxicated and resisted officers when being taken into custody.
