Washington man cited for unlawful mischief after family dispute

WASHINGTON — A 51-year-old Washington man was cited for unlawful mischief after troopers responded to a family fight that led to a vandalism report June 22.

Troopers from the Berlin Barracks responded to a report of a family fight at a residence on East Orange Road at approximately 6:24 p.m.

While on scene, nearby residents reported vandalism.

Investigation revealed that Benjamin Willing caused damage to another individual’s property.

Willing was issued a citation to appear in Orange County Superior Court Criminal Division on Aug. 12 at 8:30 a.m.
