ONEONTA — A 30-year-old Oneonta woman was arrested June 15 on a felony grand larceny charge following an investigation into alleged theft at a local Home Depot.
Margaret M. Rudesheim was charged with grand larceny in the fourth degree by the Otsego County Sheriff’s Office.
The arrest followed a complaint that more than $1,000 worth of items were removed from the Oneonta Home Depot without payment, according to the sheriff’s office.
Rudesheim was processed and released on an appearance ticket.
She is scheduled to appear in Oneonta Town Court.
