HARTFORD — The Hartford Police Department Criminal Investigations Division, Hartford Police Department Patrol Division and the Vermont Drug Task Force executed multiple search warrants within the Town of Hartford on June 20.
The investigation resulted in the seizure of more than 1.1 kilograms (2.43 lbs) of methamphetamine, 1.5 kilograms (3.31 lbs) of cocaine, 75 grams of fentanyl (2,700 individual baggies), 12 firearms and a large quantity of U.S. currency.
Rahm Klampert, 45, of Hartford was arrested for numerous drug-related offenses.
Klampert is currently held at Southern State Correctional Facility in lieu of $100,000 bail and was cited to appear in Windsor County Superior Court on June 23.
Assisting in the operation were the Brattleboro Police Department, Lebanon Police Department, Vermont State Police, and Homeland Security Investigations.
The investigation is ongoing.
