HOPE VALLEY — Troopers arrested Andrew T. Sullivan, age 33, of Westerly, on Saturday at 11:41 a.m. for driving under the influence of liquor and/or drugs and refusal to submit to a chemical test.
The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle accident investigation on Route 95 in the Town of Richmond.
Sullivan was charged with driving under the influence of liquor and/or drugs with BAC unknown as a first offense and refusal to submit to a chemical test as a second offense.
Sullivan was transported to the Hope Valley Barracks, where he was processed and arraigned by a Justice of the Peace.
He was later released with a future Fourth Division District Court date.
