LYNDONVILLE — A St. Johnsbury woman was cited for violating court-ordered conditions of release after police found her consuming alcohol in a vehicle Saturday morning.
Krystal Taylor, 37, was cited into Caledonia Superior Court following the 11:15 a.m. incident on Memorial Drive.
Area police agencies had issued a “Be-On-The-Lookout” alert for a vehicle traveling northbound on Memorial Drive with an open container of alcohol and committing a motor vehicle violation.
A Lyndonville Police Department patrol officer located the vehicle on Memorial Drive and stopped it near White’s Market.
The beverage was discarded and police determined Taylor had possessed and consumed alcohol in violation of active court-ordered conditions of release.
Taylor is scheduled for arraignment on July 7 at 8:30 a.m.
