ST. JOHNSBURY — A 49-year-old St. Johnsbury man was arrested Friday night on charges of driving under the influence and violating conditions of release.
Vermont State Police troopers initiated a traffic stop on U.S. Route 2 at approximately 10:34 p.m. after observing numerous motor vehicle violations.
The operator was identified as Christopher Fuller.
Investigation determined that Fuller had operated while under the influence.
Fuller was also found to be in violation of two sets of active conditions of release.
Fuller was taken into custody and transported to the Vermont State Police Barracks for processing.
He was released on a citation to appear in Caledonia County Superior Court on the charges.
