ELLENVILLE — The New York State Police Bureau of Criminal Investigation at Ellenville announced Thursday the arrest of Kimberly W. Kaiser, age 36, of Ellenville, on charges of endangering the welfare of an incompetent or physically disabled person in the second degree, a class A misdemeanor.
The investigation began in May after an anonymous report was made to the Justice Center regarding potential abuse.
The investigation revealed that Kaiser struck a 43-year-old nonverbal disabled patient while in her care at the Ulster County ARC.
Kaiser was arrested and processed at State Police Ellenville without incident and released on an appearance ticket to the Town of Rochester Court on July 2 at 6 p.m.
