BOSTON — A 15-year-old boy has died from injuries sustained in a shooting in the Allston neighborhood last week.
Officers responded to a report of a person shot near 17A Gordon Street at approximately 8:10 p.m. Thursday, June 12.
Police found the juvenile victim outside 7 Pomeroy Street suffering from an apparent gunshot wound.
Boston EMS transported the victim to a local hospital, where he remained until he was pronounced dead Tuesday, June 17.
The cause and manner of death is pending with the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner.
The Boston Police Department’s Homicide Unit is actively investigating the incident.
