SALAMANCA — Police arrested a Friendship, New York man June 17 on charges of endangering the welfare of children.
Brian Hill, 47, was taken into custody on an arrest warrant charging him with three counts of endangering the welfare of a child, according to the Salamanca Police Department.
The charges stem from numerous complaints throughout the city that Hill was attempting to get children into his vehicle.
Hill was processed and held pending arraignment.
