Cuba police arrest New York man after business disturbance

CUBA — Cuba Police arrested a 40-year-old Genesee man following a disturbance at a local business June 15.

Daniel P. Cowell Jr. was taken into custody at approximately 1:33 p.m., according to a Cuba Police Department press release.

Cowell was charged with second-degree harassment, a violation, and fourth-degree criminal mischief, a misdemeanor.

He was processed and released.
