OLEAN — A 46-year-old Olean man was arrested June 13 on an outstanding indictment warrant for drug charges.
Jerrod L. Giles Sr. of 311 S. 3rd St. was charged with criminal sale of a controlled substance in the third degree and criminal possession of a controlled substance in the third degree.
Both charges are B felonies related to selling fentanyl in the city of Olean.
The arrest was made by the Olean Police Department.
