LEWISTON — Lewiston Police are investigating a drive-by shooting that occurred this afternoon near the intersection of Pine Street and Horton Street.
Police responded to reports of gunfire shortly after 3:05 p.m. Jan. 15.
Witnesses told officers that a dark-colored SUV was seen traveling along Pine Street, firing at a group of males standing outside a nearby storefront.
Both the suspect vehicle and the individuals targeted had left the scene before officers arrived.
No injuries have been reported at this time.
The investigation is ongoing.
