BOSTON — Three Month Long Investigation Leads to Arrest of Drug Trafficking Suspect On Tuesday, June 17, officers assigned to the City-Wide Drug Control Unit with the assistance of the District C-6 (South Boston) Drug Control Unit, arrested Stephen Jackson, 45, of Dorchester, on various drug related offenses.
Over the past three months, officers have been conducting an ongoing drug distribution investigation.
At about 11:30 a.m., officers executed search warrants in the area of 15 Josephine Street, Dorchester.
Officers recovered forty-nine plastic bags of crack cocaine, nine plastic bags of Fentanyl, ten plastic bags of marijuana, a digital scale, drug packaging materials, and approximately $760 in U.S. currency.
The drugs were later weighed and determined to be twenty-eight grams of crack cocaine, and four grams of Fentanyl.
Jackson was placed under arrest and is expected to be arraigned in Dorchester District Court for the following charges: Trafficking of Class B; Crack Cocaine, Possession with Intent to Distribute Class A; Fentanyl, Possession with Intent to Distribute Class B; Crack Cocaine, 2nd and Subsequent Offense, and Possession with Intent to Distribute Class D; Marijuana.
