CORTLAND — The Cortland Police Department arrested 13 people between June 8 and June 15, according to the department’s weekly arrest summary.
Albert Gary Clingerman, 51, was arrested at 10:31 a.m. June 8 on Leon Avenue for second-degree criminal contempt, a misdemeanor.
Michael James Benjamin Jr., 30, of 15 Charles St., was arrested at 1:12 p.m. June 8 on Charles Street for third-degree assault, a misdemeanor, and exposure of a person, a violation.
Calista Nicole Grant, 29, of Greenbush Street, was arrested at 3:09 a.m. June 9 on Greenbush Street for second-degree harassment involving physical contact, a violation.
Jared Duke Gilley, 35, who police listed as homeless, was arrested at 4:24 p.m. June 10 on North Main Street for trespass, a violation.
Rashawn R. Weed, 32, of Duane Street, was arrested at 7:15 p.m. June 10 on Duane Street for violating a city noise ordinance.
Tristen C. Libbey, 27, was arrested at 9:05 p.m. June 10 at Jefferson Road and Dead End on a bench warrant.
Michael Patrick McCloy, 31, was arrested at 10:47 a.m. June 12 on Central Avenue for third-degree criminal mischief involving property damage exceeding $250, a felony.
Mary Jessie Leduc, 28, of Clinton Avenue, was arrested at 4:47 p.m. June 12 on Clinton Avenue for third-degree criminal trespass on enclosed property, a misdemeanor, and criminal mischief for intentionally damaging property, a misdemeanor.
A 16-year-old female from Elm Street was arrested at 11:25 p.m. June 12 on Elm Street for second-degree harassment involving physical contact, a violation.
Rebecca May Robitaille, 37, was arrested at 9:21 p.m. June 13 at 224 Port Watson St. for trespass, a violation.
