Boston police seek suspect in downtown aggravated assault

BOSTON — Detectives are seeking the public’s assistance to identify a suspect involved in an aggravated assault that occurred Monday at about 2:20 p.m. in the area of 58 Summer Street.

The suspect is described as a white male, possibly Asian, with hair in a ponytail.

He was wearing a baseball hat, yellow/tan hoodie, blue jeans, and a black backpack.

The suspect fled on a light-colored bike on Otis Street towards Federal Street.

He was last seen on Milk Street in the direction of Federal Street at 2:25 p.m.
