CUYLER — A 58-year-old man was arrested on a harassment charge following a domestic complaint June 15.
Robert J. Maarberg of Lincklaen Road was charged with second-degree harassment, a violation, according to the Cortland County Sheriff’s Office.
Officers were dispatched to a location in the town at approximately 8:35 p.m. for a domestic complaint.
Investigators determined that Maarberg threatened physical harm to a person at the location, according to the sheriff’s office.
Maarberg was arrested at 9:37 p.m. and transported to the Cortland County Sheriff’s Office for processing.
He was arraigned through the Centralized Arraignment Process on June 16 at 8:00 a.m. and released on his own recognizance.
Maarberg’s next court appearance is scheduled for July 14 at 5:00 p.m. in Town of Cuyler Court.
