Boston police seek driver in Charlestown hit-and-run that injured pedestrian

BOSTON — Boston police are seeking the public’s help to identify a driver involved in a hit-and-run crash that seriously injured a pedestrian in Charlestown.

The incident occurred Saturday at about 9:21 p.m. in the area of Cambridge Street and Stark Street.

An adult male victim was transported to a local hospital with serious injuries.

The vehicle is believed to be a black four-door Mazda with two occupants and no front license plate.

Auto investigators assigned to District A-15 are actively reviewing the facts and circumstances surrounding the incident.
