WARE — Police are seeking to identify two suspects in connection with the theft of $80 from an elderly man at a Walmart self-checkout.
The incident occurred when the victim requested cashback during his transaction but forgot to retrieve the money before leaving.
When the man returned for the cash, it was gone.
Surveillance video shows a male suspect pocketing the money, according to the Ware Police Department.
Police are asking anyone with information about either suspect to call the Ware Police Department at 413-967-3571 and leave a message at extension 205.
