MIDDLESEX — Troopers from the Berlin Barracks received a 911 call for a domestic disturbance at a residence on Lower Sunny Brook Road on June 3 at approximately 8:25 p.m.
Investigation revealed that Mitchell McAllister, 34, of Middlesex, discharged a firearm inside the residence with multiple people inside following a verbal argument.
McAllister was cited for recklessly endangering another person.
He was issued a citation to appear in Washington County Superior Court- Criminal Division at a later date and time.
