JOHNSTON — Troopers arrested Matthew Boylan, age 40, of 67 Marlow Street, Cranston, on a Third Division District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Technical Violation Hearing on the original charge of Larceny less than $1,500 originating out of the Warwick Police Department on Sunday at 12:41 p.m.
The arrest was the result of Troopers responding to a motor vehicle crash on Route 295 in the Town of Johnston.
Boylan was transported to Hospital for minor complaints of pain.
Boylan was held overnight and later transported to State Police Headquarters where he was processed and transported to Third Division District Court for arraignment.
Troopers arrested Alexis A. Isom, age 29, of 130 Fillmore Street, Providence, on an Affidavit Arrest Warrant for Obstructing an Officer in the Execution of Duty on Monday at 12:40 a.m.
The arrest was the result of a Scituate Barracks investigation and the subsequent apprehension of the subject by members of the Providence Police Department where the subject was held overnight, on additional charges, to await morning arraignment at Sixth District Court.
